006 Happy ORDINARY GODS Launch Day!

Hey there! Just a quick one this morning to give everyone a heads up that my next Image series, ORDINARY GODS, lands in stores TODAY!

I’ve been working on this book for an insanely long time— just about ten years, I think. It’s gone through different iterations, ideas, even different artistic partners. But, to land on THIS version, with THIS creative team, has been… well, a godsend.

So, a special thanks and shoutout to my partners in crime on all things divine— Felipe Watanabe (art), Frank William (colors), Clayton Cowles (letters), Michael Busuttil (editing and design), Jana Tropper (backups) and Joe Clark (more on Joe soon :). I’m honored to be building this behemoth with you.

And it really is a behemoth— issue 1 is a big, oversized 40 page comic (!) for $3.99 (!!) and features 16 (!!!) retailer exclusive covers! Of these sixteen, we have seven in particular that we’re especially excited about— seven different lives that our main character has been associated with, from seven of my favorite artists.
